Abstract: In the network identity authentication scene, it has become a global consensus to strengthen the protection of massive portrait information. At present, our country is promoting the construction of network identity authentication public service, which provides timely support for the standardized application of portrait information in business scene. This paper analyzes in detail the severe problems of portrait information protection in the realperson authentication scene, as well as great significance of relying on the network identity authentication public service to achieve portrait information protection. Promoting the construction of public service has a solid foundation of policies and regulations, and is conducive to the realization of the interests of all parties and the protection of citizens’ rights and interests in the application of services. This paper makes a dialectical analysis of this, and puts forward the compliance requirements that should be followed when dealing with portrait information in the process of identity authentication public service.
