Abstract: With the popularization of the Internet and the rapid development of Internet technology, protection of personal information has also been concerned . The right to be forgotten ,as a powerful weapon against cyberattacks, can protect personal information. Through the analysis of the laws and regulations of the EU and the United Stateson the right to be forgotten , and the current legal norms and practical experiences of the right to be forgotten in China, we put forward the construction of the "right to be forgotten " in our legislative level.

摘要： 随着互联网的普及及互联网技术的迅猛发展，个人信息保护也受到人们特别的关注。被遗忘权作为应对网络攻击的有力武器，能够保护个人信息。通过对欧盟和美国关于被遗忘权的法律法规分析借鉴，和我国目前有关被遗忘权的法律规范及实践经验，提出了我国立法层面上增设“被遗忘权”的建构。
